• “Personal Data” is defined as all information about identification or identifiable natural person; “Identifiable Natural Person” is defined as natural person, which can be directly or indirectly identified, especially with reference of certain identificatory, for example name, identification number, location data, site identificatory for either one or multiple particular elements of physical, physiological, genetical, psychological, economic, cultural or societal identity of this natural person.

• Resources and categories of processed personal data

• Administrator processes personal data which has been given/ and or personal data, which has been acquired based on executing of Your order.
• Administrator processes Your identification and contact information and details necessary for conducting contracts. 

 

• Legal purpose and intention for processing of personal data

• Legal purpose for processing of personal data is:
• Conducting of contract between You and the Administrator according to Art. 6 sect. 1 letter b) GDPR,
• Legal interest of the Administrator for primary marketing purposes (especially for forwarding business notices and newsletters) according to  Art. 6 sect. 1 letter f) GDRP,
• Your permit for processing for primary marketing purposed (especially for forwarding business notices and newsletters) according to Art. 6 sect. 1 letter a) GDPR in connection with paragraph 7 sect. 2 Law no. 480/2004 Coll., about certain services of communication companies in case of no order or service execution
• Intention for processing of personal data is:
• Execution of Your order and exercise of rights and obligation implied from contractual relation between You and the Administrator; during ordering, personal details are requested for successful execution of order (name and address, contact information), providing personal data is integral requirement for concluding and fulfilling contract, without given personal data it is not possible to conclude contract or to fulfil it from the Administrator’s side
• Forwarding of business notices and conduction of other marketing activities
• From the Administrator’s side does/does not come to automatic individual decision-making within intention of Art. 22 GDPR. You have given explicit consent with such processing. 

 

• Duration for keeping of personal data

• The Administrator keeps personal data
• For duration required for exercising rights and obligations implied from contractual relation between You and the Administrator and enforcing claims from these contractual relations (for period of 15 years since termination of contractual relation).
• For duration, unless consent for processing of personal data for marketing intentions is revoked, for longest … years, if the personal data is processed based on cosent.
• After expiration of keeping period of personal data, the Administrator deletes the data.

 

• Recipients of personal data ( sub-suppliers of the Administrator)

• Recipients of personal data are persons
• Participating on supplying of products / services/ realisation of payments based on contract,
• Ensuring services of e-shop operations (Shoptet) and other services with relations of e-shop operating,
• Ensuring marketing services.
• The Administrator does not/does have intentions to sell personal data to third countries (to countries outside of EU) or international organisation. Recipients of personal data in third countries are suppliers of mailing services / cloud services.

 

 

• Your Rights

• Under conditions stated in GDRP you have
• The right for access to your personal data under Art. 15 GDPR,
• The right for amendment of personal data under Art. 16 GDPR, prospectively limitation of processing under Art. 18 GDPR,
• The right for deletion of personal data under Art. 17 GDPR,
• The right to claim objection for processing under Art. 21 GDPR,
• The right for portability of data under Art. 20 GDPR,
• The right to revoke consent for processing electronically or in written form to address or email address of the Administrated stated in Art. III of these conditions.
• Further, you have the right to submit complaint with Authority for protection of personal data in case, you assume that Your right for protection of personal data has been violated.

 

• Conditions for protection of personal data

• The Administrator proclaims that they received all fitting technical and organisational precautions for protection of personal data. 
• The administrator received technical precautions for protection of data storages and storages of personal data in paper form, especially …
• The Administrator proclaims that access to personal data have only authorised persons. 

 

• Closing Provisions

• Sending out order from internet order form you confirm that you have been informed with conditions for protection of personal data and that you accept them in full extent.
• You consent with these conditions by ticking consent via internet form. By ticking consent, you confirm that you have been informed of conditions for protection of personal data and that you accept them in full extent.
• The Administrator has the right to alter these conditions. New version of conditions for protection of personal data will be published on their internet sites and, simultaneously, the Administrator will send You the new version of these conditions to Your email address, which you have provided.
